Property Listings
- Accuracy of Listings
Property owners and agents are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate and up-to-date. Lodgemate does not guarantee the accuracy of any listings.
- Prohibited Listings
You agree not to list any property that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any local laws or regulations.
Payments and Fees
Lodgemate does not handle payments directly at this time. Users make payments directly to agents who list properties on the platform or to service providers for their services.
Termination of Use
Lodgemate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Service without warning if you violate these Terms or engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our Service and delete any copies of our Service in your possession.
Limitation of Liability
Lodgemate and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Service.
