Welcome to the Lodgemate Referral Program. You're now part of a growing network of agents helping others find accommodation while earning rewards. Please review these terms to understand how the program works and how rewards are earned.

Overview
Welcome to the Lodgemate Referral Program. This program is designed to partner with selected agents to help expand Lodgemate’s reach by sharing property content with their existing audience. By participating, you agree to these terms, which govern how referrals are tracked, verified, and rewarded.
Participation and Access
- Invite-Only Program
The referral program is strictly invite-only. Agents can only participate after being invited and accepting the invitation from Lodgemate.
- Account Requirement
You must have an active Lodgemate account to participate in the program.
- Good Standing
You must remain in good standing and comply with all Lodgemate policies throughout your participation.
How the Referral Program Works
- Content Upload
Agents are required to upload their property videos to Lodgemate before sharing them externally.
- User Flow
When a user clicks the shared link, they are directed to download the Lodgemate app. A referral is tracked when the user installs the app and signs up through the agent’s link.
- Referral Attribution
Referrals are attributed based on Lodgemate’s tracking system. Only the last valid referral source will be recognized.
What Counts as a Valid Referral
A referral is considered valid when a new user installs the Lodgemate app through your link and completes the signup process.
- New Users Only
Referrals must be new users who have not previously signed up on Lodgemate.
- Verification
All referrals are subject to verification and must meet Lodgemate’s internal quality and activity checks.
Rewards and Earnings
- Reward Qualification
Rewards are earned only for verified referrals that meet all program requirements.
- Pending Earnings
Earnings may remain pending until referrals are fully verified by Lodgemate.
- Reward Rates
Reward amounts are determined by Lodgemate and may be updated from time to time.
Payouts
- Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed at the end of each month based on your verified earnings.
- Eligibility for Payout
Only verified and approved earnings will be eligible for payout.
- Processing
Payouts may take a reasonable amount of time to process depending on operational and payment conditions.
Fraud and Abuse
Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the system is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Activities
This includes but is not limited to self-referrals, creating fake accounts, incentivizing users in unauthorized ways, misleading users, or attempting to bypass Lodgemate’s tracking system.
- Monitoring
Lodgemate monitors the entire referral flow, including link activity, installs, and signups, to detect suspicious behavior.
- Consequences
If any fraudulent activity is detected, all unpaid earnings will be forfeited and you will be removed from the referral program. Additional actions, including account suspension, may be taken.
Referral Ownership and Attribution
A referral is attributed to the agent whose link was used at the time of signup. If a user interacts with multiple referral links, only the link used for the completed signup will be credited. Lodgemate’s tracking system determines attribution and its decision is final.
Termination and Suspension
Lodgemate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the referral program at any time if you violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or no longer meet program requirements.
Program Changes
Lodgemate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Lodgemate is not responsible for any losses, including missed earnings, delays in payouts, or technical issues that may affect referral tracking or reward distribution.
Final Decision
All decisions made by Lodgemate regarding referral validation, rewards, payouts, and program participation are final.
